Our History

1910

The Beginning

Founded in 1910, Klann began as a respected builder of pipe organs – many of which still stand in prominent churches across the United States. By the mid 20th century, as ivory for organ keys had become increasingly scarce, our founder and lead inventor, August Klann, began exploring plastic injection molding as an innovative and sustainable alternative.

Klann Plastics was founded with a vision to provide innovative solutions that redefine industry standards. What started as a small team of passionate engineers quickly grew into a company known for its expertise and quality.

Klann's stocking program can benefit customers in several ways. For example, instead of ordering 1,000 pieces each month, it will be less expensive to place an order for 3,000 pieces with scheduled deliveries of 1,000 each month.
