Insert molding involves molding plastic around a core or "insert". Most often, the insert is a metal object, such as a pin, blade, threaded rod, electrical contact, wire, etc.

A cleanroom is designed to achieve and maintain a low level of contamination. This is done by filtering outside air to exclude dust and other airborne particles.

Klann's ability to build molds on-site using our own skilled toolmakers indicates a skill level seldom found anymore at other molders.

Today's polymers often incorporate special characteristics for tensile strength, chemical resistance, UV stabilization, etc.

Klann's stocking program can benefit customers in several ways. For example, instead of ordering 1,000 pieces each month, it will be less expensive to place an order for 3,000 pieces with scheduled deliveries of 1,000 each month.

So as not to leave you in any doubt, we are also perfectly happy with orders to churn out those millions of units.

We are fully capable of quickly assessing whether this mold will fit our equipment, and performing any necessary modifications, which are normally minor.
