Injection Molding Capabilities
Our injection molding presses range from 30 Ton to 300
Ton capacity. The machine tonnage determines the part
size that can be produced—in our case, from precision
micro and miniature parts to relatively large housings.
Insert Plastic
Molding
Over the years, Klann has produced a
wide variety of insert molded parts, utilizing both
horizontal and vertical molding machines. Having both
horizontal and vertical machines gives us maximum flexibility
to meet our customers' needs. Our vertical molding machines
are especially well-suited to this task, and enable
us to do a broad range of insert molding and/or over-molding.
This most often involves molding around an "insert"-which
could be a pin, blade, electrical contacts, wire, threaded
cores, etc.-including metal and composite materials.

Run Plastic Molding

is a short run expert. We've learned how to do low volume
runs cost-effectively for our customers, while most
other molders wouldn't even consider this type of business.

Clean
Room Molding Klann
utilizes two Class 10,000 rated portable clean rooms,
with HEPA Filters, allowing flexibility to move
to our various molding machines to match our customers
most critical needs. We also employ two controlled
environment molding areas that are also ideal for
critical contamination control of medical/telecom/electronic
components.
